Although The Summer Place is an economy class hotel, it offers clean air-conditioned rooms, each equipped with a refrigerator, radio, hot-water, and private bathroom. Balconies  are at the front and rear. The front balcony overlooks the beautiful gardens and compound of the hotel, nearby Buddhist Temple and residential area.

Pattaya Beach is only 500 meters from the hotel.  Within a short walk are banks, restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping centers.

When you stay at the Summer Place you are able to enjoy the local culture and experience the Thai way of life.  The location is tranquil without big city noise and pollution.

Advance reservations are necessary.  The Summer Place is not open to the general public,  but for Members and/or someone who cares for peaceful atmosphere and genuine hospitality.  Only confirmed reservations are honored. Two categories of rooms are available, Economy and  Standard.  The daily rates are for 1 or  2  persons per room.  Rates are subject to change without notice. The following rates are our normal  rates, and the 50% discount will accordingly be made on them.

• ECONOMY ROOM: US$ 12.50 (Original Building)
• STANDARD ROOM: US$ 20.00 (New Building)

For your convenience, transfer services by private car, minibus, or  hotel exclusive van on your arrival at Bangkok International Airport and vice versa on your departure are offered at special lowest fare.

Each of our standard rooms is identical in size and appearance. The private bath room with hot  shower, air-conditioner, refrigerator, twin bed, radio, and furniture are fully equipped.   A  locker is also provided for safe-keeping of your personal belongings.   TV  Set is optional and available at minimal charge.
